“The two workers from Pro-Duct came in the RAIN to do our dryer duct cleaning – a surprise in and of itself. They had to do most of the work from the outside because we are on a slab and the dryer is in the middle of the house. Top this off with the ducting not being a straight run and not being accessible from the walls and cabinetry, and these guys really earned their pay! On top of all of that, we hadn’t had the duct cleaned in several years so the poor guy working the cleaner ended up COVERED in lint! But you know what – they didn’t charge any extra even given all the above. Definitely worth the money – and we’ll use them again next year!”
